How to take tadalafil

   Tadalafil is taken by mouth up to once a day. When used for ED, take at least 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. The drug works up to 36 hours. It can be taken with or without food.
   Your doctor will determine the best dose for you. Some men will be prescribed a lower dose to take every day. You should not adjust your dose without first talking to your doctor.
   Men taking tadalafil do not get an erection without sexual stimulation. This medication is not an aphrodisiac and does not affect libido or desire. It has not been studied if you can have several sexual relations with a single dose.
   Do not drink alcohol to excess while taking tadalafil (for example, more than 5 glasses of wine or 5 alcoholic drinks).
   Men who take nitrates such as nitroglycerin, Nitro-Bid, Isordil, or Deponit should not take tadalafil.
   Men taking Cardura, Flomax, or Hytrin for urinary symptoms should not take tadalafil.
   This medicine may affect the effectiveness of other medicines. Make sure your doctor and pharmacist know about all medications (prescription and over-the-counter) and supplements you're taking.

Storage and handling

Store the medication in its original, labeled container at room temperature in a dry place (unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you otherwise). This medicine should not be kept in a pillbox. Keep containers out of reach of children and pets. Ask your health care team where to return unused medication for disposal.  시알리스  should not flush it down the toilet or throw it in the trash.
