How to take CIALIS?
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
CIALIS tablets are for male use only. Swallow the tablet whole with some water. You can take CIALIS with or without food.
The recommended starting dose is one 10 mg tablet prior to sexual activity. If the effect of this dosage is too small, your doctor may increase the dosage to 20 mg .
You should take CIALIS at least 30 minutes before engaging in sexual activity.

Do not take CIALIS more than once a day. CIALIS 10 mg and 20 mg are intended to be taken prior to anticipated sexual activity and prolonged daily use is not recommended.
It is important to note that CIALIS only works when sexually stimulated. Partner foreplay may be necessary, just as if you were not taking erectile dysfunction medicine.
Drinking alcohol can affect your ability to get an erection and may also temporarily lower your blood pressure. If you have taken CIALIS or are planning to take CIALIS, avoid excessive drinking (blood alcohol content of 0.8‰ and above) as this may increase the risk of dizziness when standing up.
If you take more CIALIS than you should
Inform your doctor. You may experience side effects as described in section 4.

What side effects are possible?
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. These are usually mild to moderate in severity.
Stop treatment and notify a doctor immediately if you notice any of the following side effects:
allergic reactions including skin rashes (frequency uncommon).
Chest pain - do not use nitrates but get medical attention immediately (frequency uncommon).
Priapism, a prolonged and possibly painful erection, may occur after taking CIALIS (frequency rare). If 시알리스 구입 have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, contact your doctor immediately.
sudden loss of vision (frequency rare).
Other side effects have been reported:
Common (may affect up to 1 in 10 people)
Headache, back pain, muscle aches, pain in arms and legs, facial flushing, nasal congestion and indigestion.
Uncommon (may affect up to 1 in 100 people)
dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, acid reflux (backflow of stomach acid), blurred vision, eye pain, difficulty breathing, blood in the urine, prolonged erection, palpitations, rapid heart rate (rapid heartbeat), high blood pressure, low blood pressure, nosebleeds, ringing in the ears ( tinnitus), swelling of hands, feet or joints and tiredness.
Rare (may affect up to 1 in 1,000 people)
Fainting, seizures and temporary memory loss, swelling of the eyelids, red eyes, sudden hearing loss or deafness, hives (itchy, red bumps on the skin), penile bleeding, blood in semen and increased sweating.
Heart attack and stroke have been reported rarely in patients taking CIALIS. Most of these men had known heart problems before taking this medicine.
Partial, temporary or permanent deterioration or loss of vision in one or both eyes has been reported rarely.
Some other rare side effects that have not been seen in clinical trials have been reported in men taking CIALIS. These include:
Migraines, facial swelling, serious allergic reactions causing swelling of the face or throat, severe skin rashes, some diseases that affect blood flow to the eyes, irregular heartbeat, angina and sudden cardiac death.
The side effect dizziness has been reported more frequently in men over 75 years of age taking CIALIS. Diarrhea has been reported more frequently in men over 65 years of age taking CIALIS.
